Temporary Employment Visas

The Temporary Non-immigrant, or TN Visa, is a special visa for temporary workers under the NAFTA free trade agreement, and is only available to workers from Canada or Mexico.

The procedures are slightly different for Canadians and Mexicans. You may be immediately admitted or turned away at the border, depending upon your worker status. This can be confusing and frustrating, but we can help you make sure that your immigration documents are in compliance with the latest U.S. immigration law.

We will create your TN Visa packet for presentation at the border when you enter from Canada or Mexico, complete with all the supporting immigration documents. Once your qualifications are established you will receive an immediate decision from CIS on your NAFTA TN Visa.

If you are an employer, we can help you avoid unnecessary and costly delays that result from improperly documented temporary workers being turned away at the borders of Mexico and Canada. Your NAFTA workers will cross the border without difficulty and you will see the results in greater productivity.

One of the main problems employers often have is making sure the temporary worker position qualifies under U.S. immigration law. With our help you can be certain that your position meets all USCIS requirements and qualifies under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
